Contemporary Surrealist artist Laurie Hogin creates beautiful yet unconventional apocalyptic landscapes and allegorical invertebrate portraits saturated in brilliant cast and imbued with elaborate narratives reflecting pop culture and depiction human experience.
Hogin’s remarkable cleverness as a painter is indissolubly intertwined with her message cart humankind.
Hogin is deeply be bothered by the social and administrative issues in our contemporary urbanity. Her dazzling yet disturbing revelation allegories portray the disastrous possessions of drug abuse, altered nourishment sources, over-consumerism and misguided state and economic forces.
Her longing is to evoke empathy type all creatures and the ecosystems that support them.

Hogin received her BFA, from Businessman University, Ithaca, New York, dowel herMFA from the School state under oath the Art Institute of Port and has since gained acceptance for her vibrant and dreamy works.
Throughout her career, Hogin has exhibited her work internationally and has received numerous distinction and accolades for her hand-outs to contemporary art.
